Pineapple Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Half pineapple

10 Shrimps

1 Piece of Good Chow's Chinese Style Fermented Ham

Half bowl of green beans

2 bowls of rice

2tsp First Brew Dipping Sauce

1tsp cooking wine

3 slices of ginger

Salt

Method:

1- Shuck the shrimp and wash. Marinate with cooking wine and a little salt.

2- Cut ham into small pieces.

3- Carefully remove the pineapple from the skin and cut it into small pieces.

4- Add 1 Tbsp oil to the pan and add the pineapple, green bean, and ginger.

5- Pour in the shrimp and cook until fragrant, stirring constantly. Add ham. Add the rice to the pan and stir to combine. Cook until the rice is hot

6- Add 2 tsp Good Chow Soy Dipping Sauce, stirring occasionally for about 3 minutes.

7- Season to taste
