Asian Slaw

Ingredients:
Red Cabbage
Green Cabbage
Carrot
Roasted Peanuts/Almonds
2 Tbsp Good Chow's Pure Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Good Chow's First Brew Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
Optional: Toasted Sesame Seeds
Garnish:
Chopped green onion
Method:
1- Finely slice cabbages. Peel and slice carrots into thin match sticks. Toss the vegetables into a large bowl and set aside. Roughly chop the nuts and save for sprinkling over after the dressing
2- To make the dressing - mix together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. (If you would like to add a teaspoon of Good Chow's Aromatic Chilli Oil you can do that now.)
3- Pour the dressing over the slaw. Sprinkle the toasted nuts and serve!
