Baked Scallops

Ingredients:

12 Scallops in half shell

100g Mozzarella cheese

1tsp Good Chow XO paua sauce or Good Chow fish roe - sambal

Garnish:

Chopped green onion

Method:

1- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of each scallop

2- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

3- Pat scallops dry with paper towels and place in a small baking dish.

4- Bake until tops of cheese are golden and scallops are translucent (around 8-10 minutes)

5- Drizzle Good Chow Paua XO Sauce OR Good Chow Fish Roe Sambal over each scallop.
