Cold Noodle

Ingredients:

1 bundle noodles (60-70g)

1 tsp Good Chow Oyster Sauce

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp sesame oil

Chopped green onion


Method:

1- Cook noodles, rinse with cool water, and drain.

2- Add oyster sauce, chopped green onion, olive oil and sesame oil.

3- Mix well.

Optional: add a teaspoon of Good Chow Fish Roe Sambal for extra flavour.
