Fermented Ham Pizza

Ingredients:
30g olive oil
220g lukewarm water
1 tsp caster sugar
10g dried instant yeast
400g Baker's flour
1 tsp salt
A tub of pizza paste
Pitted olives (optional)
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
A pack of Good Chow Chinese-style Fermented ham
Good Chow's Everything Sauce
Fresh herbs eg parsley, basil leaves
Method:
1. Mix oil, water, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes until mixture becomes slightly frothy.
2. Place yeast mixture into the bowl of an electric mixer, add flour and salt. Knead for 5 minutes until the dough ball forms.
3. Place in an oiled bowl and cover with food wrap. Set aside in a warm area or in the oven at 40C to proof for an hour.
4. Divide dough into 3 pieces. Press out the dough with your fingertips and stretch it till it's 18cm in diameter.
5. Place pizza stone in the oven and preheat oven to 260C.
6. Spread pizza paste evenly onto dough and sprinkle over olives and cheese.
7. Bake pizza for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and scatter torn pieces of fermented ham, herbs and drizzle over Everything Sauce.
8. Serve immediately
