Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients:

1 Slice pumpkin

1 carrot

1 celery stick

3 Tbsp milk

5g butter

1tsp Good Chow NZ Blackfoot Paua XO sauce

Method:

1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces.

2. Boil the pumpkin and carrot until soft. Then add the celery pieces and let sit.

3. Add the butter and milk, then use a stick mixer or mashing tool to get to a fine, grain-free soup. Season with salt.

4. Put the thick soup into a bowl and swirl in Good Chow's Blackfoot Paua XO Sauce.
