Ingredients:
12 Pieces of rice paper
50g minced beef
1 cup frozen diced vegetables (carrots, corn, peas, green beans)
1 tsp ginger
1/2 cup broth
2 tsp First Brew Soy Sauce
1 tsp cooking wine
1/3 cup broccoli crowns
18 peeled shrimp
1 Tbsp crabmeat floss
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Good Chow Wagyu Sauce
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp Fish Roe Sauce
1 Tbsp Premium oyster sauce
Method:
1. Stir-fried minced beef with carrots, corn, peas, and kidney beans. Put minced ginger in the minced beef, add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of broth, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine. Mix well and set aside to marinate for a while.
2. Put oil in a hot pan, put minced beef, stir-fry then add thawed vegetables. Stir-fry until cooked and let cool.
3. Boil the shrimp and broccoli in stock and let cool. Mix shrimp with mayonnaise and sprinkle with crab floss.
4. Soak each rice paper in water for ten seconds. Lay each sheet flat and and the fillings on top. Fold each edge of the wrap in and roll with seam facing down.
5. You can pair your summer rolls with Good Chow's everything sauce, oyster sauce, wagyu sauce, fish roe sauce, what ever you fancy.
