Tofu and Mushroom

Ingredients:

500g assorted mushrooms

400g tofu

1/2 cup potato starch

1/4 cup Good Chow's Secret Everything Sauce

3 Cloves of garlic 

4 Spring Onions

Fresh ginger

Oil for frying

Garnish:

Coriander

Method:

1- Cut tofu into cubes

2- Toss the tofu in a bowl with potato starch then shallow fry for about a minute on each side or until lightly golden and crisp

3- Remove from pan and dry excess oil on a paper towel

4- Thinly slice mushrooms, ginger & garlic.

5- Add a generous drizzle of oil to the pan and quickly fry the garlic and ginger until they just start to colour.

6- Add sliced mushrooms and fry over a high heat for 2 minutes

7- Add Good Chow's Secret Everything Sauce, spring onions and 2 Tbsp of water and fry for 1 minute.

8- Garnish with fresh coriander and toasted sesame seeds. Serve with steamed rice.
